The entire Management Training Program can take anywhere from 6 to 10 months to complete, depending on the capabilities, determination, and work ethic each candidate puts into the program. If you’re interested in an opportunity to expand your business knowledge, strengthen your people skills and reach your full career potential, then our 4 step Management Training Program is the right place for you!

STEP 1: Account Executive
The first step in the management training program is field training. During field training, you will learn skills that are invaluable and essential in any business. These skills include strengthened communications, good work ethic, interfacing with customers, overcoming objections and closing business deals.

STEP 2: Corporate Trainer
Once you have mastered the necessary field skills, you are ready to take on a leadership role. During this phase of training, you will learn campaign management, training others on client acquisition skills, and effectively developing and managing a high performance team.

STEP 3: Assistant Director of Operations
Upon mastering step 2, you will be trained in the administrative/management aspect of our business. You will learn to interview potential candidates, manage business finances, and how to run the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced Direct Marketing office. This training is essential in order to create a well-rounded business professional, as well as to move on to step 4.

STEP 4: Director of Operations
The final phase of the training program is the culmination of all the skill sets and techniques learned up until this point. The candidate is now an integral part of Galleria Marketing’s expansion process. They will be expected to use all of their skills to help us meet and exceed our Fortune 500 Portfolio’s ever growing needs and demands.
